We do not collect personal information other than what you choose to provide to us or infer to us.  Demographic information is information that is not unique to you in the sense that it refers to selected population characteristics, such as your postal code, age, preferences, gender, race or ethnicity, occupation, career history, interests and favorites.    We may use your personal information to personalize the advertising to employers whom may have suitable job opportunities.

By submitting your profile, you have explicitly consented MyPath to use your information, subject to the Malaysian law, in the following ways:

While MyPath takes all necessary measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or inappropriate use by third parties, MyPath will not be held responsible in any way for any use of information you post or otherwise make available in any public areas including social media. Accordingly, you should ensure that you do not post any sensitiveinformation, including personality profiles in any of the public areas. MyPath will only use the data which you have provided to determine the right job match for you.
